As usual.
Snow on the daffodil fields
White against Spring yellow.
The crocus petals drooped
In defeat.
Cherries blossomed pink,
Out of spite,
In front of gray trees
With no leaf buds.
Friends reported the
Finest day of skiing
All Winter.
